Mission: The MNCL is a national not-for-profit organisation that draws on the strength of Papua New Guinea's rich cultural heritage to promote social change and community development through NGO excellence and servant leadership.
Current Activities or Key Strategic Focus Area: Education& Training: Develop and deliver courses in the GDP in NGO Management.
Organisational Support Services: This programme focuses on providing organisational support and in-house technical assistance to NGO leaders who have undergone the GDP training, to implement what they have learnt.
Information and Networking program: Produce and disseminate regular newsletters on NGO practice, upcoming events, resources, MNCL updates, to ensure information is available on what is happening in the NGO sector.
Governance, Management and Administration: Secure funding to cover administrative cost and have in place policies, plans and operating guidelines, systems and procedures to ensure effective governance and management of the organisation and its programs.
