| Current Activities or Key Strategic Focus Area: | Education& Training:
Develop and deliver courses in the GDP in NGO Management. Organisational Support Services: This programme focuses on providing organisational support and in-house technical assistance to NGO leaders who have undergone the GDP training, to implement what they have learnt. Information and Networking program: Produce and disseminate regular newsletters on NGO practice, upcoming events, resources, MNCL updates, to ensure information is available on what is happening in the NGO sector. Governance, Management and Administration: Secure funding to cover administrative cost and have in place policies, plans and operating guidelines, systems and procedures to ensure effective governance and management of the organisation and its programs. |
