Litia Niumataiwalu has a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge in the banking and finance sector. She is a business director and serves on various NGO boards with a strong focus on governance.

She is vice chairwoman of PIANGO and the Fiji Council of Social Services boards and serves as a national executive committee member of the Fiji YWCA.
